Fine Art Giclée Prints

A giclée print is fine art digital print made on an inkjet printer. They are archival quality and guaranteed not to fade or bleed for up to 100 years. It is the industry standard in galleries and museums across the world.

Paper Stock

Printed on 300 gsm 100% cotton rag, which is considered the most environmentally friendly of photographic paper as it uses no tree fibres. Instead it is produced from a recycled by-product of the textile making industry.

Victorian Ash Frames

Each frame is hand cut and carefully assembled in Melbourne, Australia. The timber mouldings are made from locally sourced, sustainable Victorian Ash. The timber is milled, hand sanded and painted.

Shadowbox Style

All frames are a shadowbox style, where the work is set back from the museum grade plexiglass for a modern gallery look.

Museum Grade Plexiglass

The 3mm museum grade plexiglass is lighter than glass, helps to protect the print from UV damage and also has the added advantage of being shatter proof.

Ready To Hang

Frames come finished with hanging wire, so they are ready to hang.

Packaging

Wrapped in biodegradable bubble wrap and shipped in custom made, double wall cardboard packaging using a courier service.

Shipping & Delivery

Australia: Framed and print only orders available. Free shipping on all orders. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

New Zealand: Print only orders are available through the store with free shipping. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. New Zealander’s who would like to order a framed print please contact me directly with your order for a shipping quote.

International - Rest of the World: Print only orders are available with a shipping flat rate of AUD$30. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Returns, Changes & Insurance

Returns: Prints and frames are made to order especially for you. Due to the nature of custom orders, we are unable to offer returns. Please order with care.

Changes: All cancellations and order changes must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase, after this, changes cannot be accepted. If you need to make a change, please contact me.

Loss or damage in transit: All orders are insured against loss or damage. In the unlikely event there is an issue with your order, please email a photo of the damage and the box it was delivered in to sophiedonovanprints@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. In the rare instance you have not received your order within 3 weeks Australia wide or 6 weeks internationally, please contact me.
